This website can generally be used without providing personal data. The processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Hosting & server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are in particular:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• date and time of access
• (shortened) IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. The log files are stored for a limited period for security reasons and then deleted.

By default, this website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used. Your choice in the cookie notice (e.g. consent to loading external content) is stored exclusively locally in your browser (local storage) in order to remember your decision on a return visit. This information is not transmitted to me or to third parties.

The legal basis for technically necessary storage is § 25 (2) TDDDG as well as Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. External content is only loaded after your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future by deleting the data stored in your browser.

5. Embedded content (YouTube)

Content from the service YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) may be embedded on this website. Videos are embedded in extended data protection mode or loaded only after your explicit consent. When a video is loaded, your browser establishes a connection to Google's servers; data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google in the process. Data is transmitted regardless of whether you have a Google account.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you contact me by e-mail or phone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. External links & profiles

This website links to external profiles (including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, IMDb, Crew United). When you click on them, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. A mere link does not yet transmit any personal data to these services.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Among others, the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible.
